Elisabeth has been my supervisor and mentor since 2015. I earned my hours of supervision for my CEDS from Elisabeth. Elisabeth has been an invaluable resource and I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today without her.
Elisabeth listens to me without judgment. She has always made me feel like an equal to her. She never made me feel bad or stupid about mistakes I’ve made; instead processes through the situations with me to help me learn and not make the same mistake again. She is kind and loving but will also call me out on things when needed. She takes her work very seriously, and teaches others to do the same. She is also always there for me- whether it’s a quick phone call to ask a question or an email with a situation that I need help with.
