After over 27 years of working in the field of eating disorders Elisabeth Peterson is now “paying it forward” by dedicating herself to supervising dietitians.

Why supervision? Supervision is a collaborative experience that provides the opportunity for you to learn and mature into an experienced eating disorders professional. By guiding you on the path to become the best possible safeguard of your clients’ welfare, supervision will boost your value to your clients.

She is an iaedp Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Approved Supervisor (CEDS-C) as well as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She can support you ongoing or simply to meet the requirements necessary to become iaedp certified. Also, Elisabeth listens. Your confidential sessions will be tailored to achieve your goals.
